Smart Card SLE4442 (o Compatibili)

The main features of the SLE4442 are:
– Synchronous communication protocol, ISO 7816 compatible
– EEPROM size is 256 bytes split into the following areas: 26 bytes for card manufacturer data, 2 bytes for card issuer, reference, 4 bytes for card identification data, 224 bytes for main user data
– Access to the memory is protected by a 3 byte secret code for data write only
– Free Read of Data (except PIN)
– Answer to reset according to ISO 7816/3 standard
– Data retention is up to 10 years
– Non reversible byte-wise write protection of lowest 32 addresses (byte 0 ?31)
– 20 degree C + 50 C operating range

The main features of the SLE5542 are:
– SLE 5542 , Intelligent 256-Byte EEPROM with Write Protection function and Programmable Security Code
– SLE 5542 replaces SLE 4442
– SLE 5542 is 100% functional compatible to SLE 4442
– 256 x 8-bit EEPROM organization of Data Memory
– 32 x 1-bit Protection Memory

The main features of the SLE4428 are:
– Synchronous communication protocol, ISO 7816 compatible
– EEPROM size is 1,024 bytes split into the following areas:
– 25 bytes for card manufacturer data
– 2 bytes for card issuer reference
– 4 bytes for card identification data
– 990 bytes for main user data
– 3 bytes for error counter and card secret code area

– Access to the memory is protected by a 3 byte secret code for data write only
– Free Read of Data (except PIN)
– Answer to reset according to ISO 7816/3 standard
– Data retention is up to 10 years
